CANCELLATIONS

I only accept cancellations within 6 hours of purchase.

Why? In this time I may have already sourced and purchased the items needed for your bundle using the funds provided.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To be able to obtain a refund and return your order issue must meet one of these statements. You must also be able to prove this with evidence.

1. Your items were not the correct size that was asked for. This means that the item label sizes are different to the sizes you provided me.

Although if the items do not fit and they do have the label matching the size provided you will not be granted a refund.

2. Items are broken beyond wear. I do source items from second hand places this means there may be signs of wear. Small stains, frays and slight scuff markings are to be expected.

I will only refund if said item is not wearable and completely damaged.

Although this will only apply to that single item not the whole order.

3. If the order does not match the style requested. While this is up to personal preference and ideas I will accept returns if you receive a bundle filled with obviously incorrect clothing.

For example if you asked for coquette and received a bundle of gothic items.

You must be able to prove that what you received does not match the style.

I will not permit refunds, exchanges or returns on the following points and anything else not included in the above exceptions.

1. The buyer got there sizing wrong

2. The buyer did not clearly read the description on how many items they will receive.

3. The buyer did not read the disclaimer clearly stating what you see may not be what you get and images displayed are only examples.

4. The colours are not what you want and you did not state you did not want these colours.

5. You received a certain article of clothing such as a skirt and you do not wear skirts. This needs to be stated in the order.

6. You received earrings and you do not wear them. This needs to be stated.

7. You don’t use / want a certain accessory. This needs to be stated.

8. You do not like the cut, material, fit. This needs to be stated if there is a specific need.

IMPORTANT: You will only receive the refund once I have received the product back in the same condition. You must pay for the refund as you will also be refunded shipping costs on return.
